The Brisley Bell is located between Fakenham and Dereham in the heart of the north Norfolk countryside. Having been open for 18 months the pub has already been awarded Norfolk’s pub of the year award and holds a 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor. Each team member is committed to delivering the wow factor to all our customers.
The kitchen is headed up by Hervé Stouvenel who advocates using only the finest quality local ingredients and having lived in Norfolk for more than ten years, has formed strong relationships with many local farms. This, along with his wealth of experience, ensures that he produces fresh, seasonal and flavorsome food, which is not just a meal, but an experience!
Michelin trained, Hervé blends modern and classic ideas; tweaking English favorites with French techniques that exude global influences from his experience cooking in Europe and the Caribbean. His nose-to-tail style means that everything is deliciously utilised with no leftover waste, creating variety in the menu.

We require that you have a proven track record, bringing experience and maturity to the role. You’ll also be committed to working full time on a shift/rota basis as part of a team within the kitchen.
