The Brisley Bell is located between Fakenham and Dereham in the heart of the north Norfolk countryside. In the 2 and a half years the pub has been open, it’s been awarded Norfolk’s Pub of the Year twice and has been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence every year. Each team member is committed to delivering the wow factor to all our customers.

The kitchen is headed up by Hervé Stouvenel who advocates using only the finest quality local ingredients and having lived in Norfolk for more than ten years, has formed strong relationships with many local farms. This, along with his wealth of experience, ensures that he produces fresh, seasonal and flavorsome food, which is both honest and authentic.

We require that you have a proven track record, bringing experience and maturity to the role. You’ll also be committed to working full time on a shift/rota basis as part of a team within the kitchen.

You’ll receive regular meals and free parking as well as a staff discount across the board.

We’re looking for someone with

-2 years minimum experience in a similar environment at the grade you’re applying for

-A high level of motivation and commitment

-A strong work ethic

-An impeccable level of hygiene and cleanliness

-A willingness to work hard to reap rewards

-The ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment

-The ability to work as part of a team
