Chef de Partie

We’re looking for someone with

-4 years minimum experience in a similar environment

-A high level of motivation and commitment

-A strong work ethic

-An impeccable level of hygiene and cleanliness

-A willingness to work hard to reap rewards

-The ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment

-The ability to work as part of a team

Please be aware, your shift pattern will include evenings and weekends.

You’ll receive regular meals and free parking as well as a staff discount and a share of tips.

The Brisley Bell is located between Fakenham and Dereham in the heart of the north Norfolk countryside. After reopening in February 2017, the pub has already been awarded Norfolk’s pub of the year award and holds a 4.5 rating on Trip Advisor.

The Bell is an exciting and friendly place to work offering you the chance to be a part of an enthusiastic team who love what they do. The kitchen is headed up by Hervé Stouvenel who advocates using only the finest quality, local ingredients. Our dishes blend modern and classic ideas; tweaking English favourites with French techniques that exude global influences from the head chef’s experience cooking in Europe and the Caribbean. Hervé’s nose-to-tail style means that everything is deliciously utilised with no leftover waste, creating variety in the menu.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year
